1. Mac and Cheese Sandwich :

Ingredients:

  • 4 pc. Brown Bread
  • 100 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 100 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Macaroni
  • 2 cup of water
  • ½ Tsp. Oregano
  • ½ Tsp. Chilly flakes
  • salt to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter

Method:

Firstly, take a pan and boil the water then add macaroni and boil it till it gets fully cooked. Keep stirring occasionally. Now take a pan and add 2 tbsp of butter in it, Now add cheddar cheese and mix it with butter.

Similarly, add boiled macaroni and add mozzarella cheese to it. Mix it well and lastly add oregano and chilly flakes to the mac and cheese mixture. Now spread the mixture evenly on the bread and cover it with another bread.

Take another pan, melt butter in it, now roast the sandwich from both sides till it gets crispy. Your mac and cheese sandwich is ready.

2. Boiled potato Sandwich:

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 4 pc. brown bread
  • ½ tsp of chilly powder
  • ½ tsp of garam masala
  • ½ tsp Dhaniya powder
  • salt to taste
  • chopped coriander

Method:

Grate potatoes in a bowl and add the spices in it. Now add chopped coriander to the mixture and spread it evenly on the bread pieces. Now apply butter on both the side of bread and roast them on a tava for a crispy crust.

3. Mix veg mayonnaise grilled Sandwich:

Ingredients:

  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped onion
  • ½ chopped cabbage
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 4 pc. brown bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ chilly flakes
  • ½ oregano
  • ½ black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

Method:

First of all, Take a bowl and put all the vegetables in it. Now add oregano, chilly flakes, black pepper and salt to the veggies. At last mix mayonnaise to the mixture and mix well. Now spread the mixture on bread.
